The week is done

I have to say this has been a weird week. I feel like a hamster in a wheel with all sorts of odds and ends that need to be done.
But, at the same time, I feel like I have little to no motivation to do what needs to be done.
Maybe it's the weather. It's been crazy cold these past couple days. And of course the days are shorter. It's been getting dark earlier and earlier every day. Or at least it feels like it.
I feel like a hibernating animal.
But I haven't been that lazy. I am chipping away at the mountain. And I have a slew of things to do tonight to prepare for M's birthday party.
