Good to the last drop

OK. My last post for tonight.....
We have a few family favorites for dinner. But the one that has really been hitting home runs lately: Impossibly Easy Cheeseburger Pie.
I highly recommend it! It's super easy to make and super yummy. And you can alter is by using different seasonings or cheeses.
I started making this recipe when we lived in NC. Then I re-discovered it shortly after S was born. It's a sure hit!
